Welcome to Cooking Little, a place that I share my cooking adventures, thoughts on nutrition, experiences related to nutrition/cooking, recipes, and my personal journey through receiving my BS in Dietetics. After becoming a vegetarian in high school, I began cooking for primarily myself (hence the name "cooking little"). I love to cook, eat, and learn about food and nutrition so I created a blog to document it and share it with whoever would like to read it. I have been living a plant-based vegan lifestyle for almost a year and have finally found my passion for healthy eating while also being as sustainable as possible. I believe in using food as medicine, and that we truly are what we eat.
